Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard delivery process.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Paramphera Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Currently, Paramphera Studio ships within India only.
