Paramphera Studio operates an online retail store offering products through its website.

All purchases made through our website are transactions directly between Paramphera Studio and the customer.

Our website may be hosted and supported by third-party service providers, including Shopify. However, Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our website and is not responsible for the sale or purchase transaction between Paramphera Studio and the customer.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where Cash on Delivery is available, the customer agrees to accept and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

For COD orders, approved refunds will not be provided through bank transfer, cash, or any other direct monetary payment.

Where a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, the refund amount will be provided through:

Store credit, which can be used for a future purchase from Paramphera Studio; or
Adjustment against another product/order purchased by the customer.

No bank-transfer or cash refund will be provided for COD orders, subject to applicable law.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery period communicated to the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

Courier or logistics delays.
Weather conditions.
Public holidays.
Natural disasters.
Strikes or transportation disruptions.
Incorrect or incomplete address information.
Events beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and other required delivery information.

Where an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges or other consequences may apply as communicated by Paramphera Studio.

11. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns are accepted only where the issue is attributable to Paramphera Studio, including:

Incorrect products delivered.
Other material discrepancies caused by Paramphera Studio.

Such issues must generally be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with the required photographs/videos and order details.

Exchanges

If a customer does not like a product, changes their mind, or wants another design or size, an exchange may be requested subject to product availability.

The customer will be responsible for both-way shipping charges for such exchanges.

Verification and Inspection

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims, Paramphera Studio may require the delivered parcel/product to be returned for physical inspection.

The inspection may take 2–3 business days after the parcel is received.

After inspection, Paramphera Studio will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy is intended to restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the applicable order status and our cancellation procedures.

Once an order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled and must be handled under the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
